30-Day No-Hassle Returns

We get it! Sometimes you get the wrong size, wrong color, or simply change your mind! That's why at Richard Casa we offer an easy 30-Day window for you to return or exchange your products.

 

Return Policy Details

- Return Window: Please keep in mind that you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to place a return or exchange.

- Condition: The items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

- We're here to help: Our support team will be here to assist you!

 

Return Fees

- Restocking Fees: None.

- Defective Products: We take the loss and handle it at no cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way.

- Client Changed Their Mind: This applies when the customer purchases the wrong product, the item does not fit, or they no longer want the item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. There are no re-stocking fees associated.

 

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us: Promptly email our team at info@RichardCasa.com. Be sure to give them your order number and a reason for the return, and they will be there to help!

2. Preparing Your Return/Exchange: Place the item as received in its original packaging to the best of your ability.

3. Ship It: Bring the order to your nearest shipping carrier location and send it off based on the instructions in the return authorization email.

 

Refund Process

- Intake: When the return arrives, we’ll look at the order to ensure it meets the return criteria.

- Refund: After passing the intake, your refund will be processed! (NOTE: Depending on your bank, it usually takes 7 business days for the refund to appear.)

 

Exchanges

No problem! Contact us, and we’ll help you exchange your item quickly and easily.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
